David Gribin, MAI, CPM

David Gribin, MAI, CPM principal of the firm, has more than 21 years experience in the appraisal industry, and enjoys challenges in appraising unusual/complex properties. An example, Mr. Gribin, has appraised the value of painted wall murals along Sunset Boulevard in West Los Angeles. His area of expertise includes office building, retail centers, land, industrial facilities, recreational facilities, and litigation on matters including single-family and multi- residential and commercial properties.
Mr. Gribin has substantial experience in properties situated along Ventura Boulevard in the San Fernando Valley, through his years of working in the area. Mr. Gribin is one of only 62 individuals in the United States & Canada to have attained both the MAI and CPM designations. Mr. Gribin, received both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Mr. Gribin has coordinated several educational seminars with the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is the Past Chapter President, of the Chapter for 2005. Mr. Gribin is also Past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of IREM (Institute of Real Estate management).

Vince M. Kapadia, MRED

Vince M. Kapadia, MRED, has more than 20 years experience in the appraisal industry and enjoys appraising unique properties. Although Mr. Kapadia specializes in development projects, proposed construction projects, and subdivisions, his area of expertise also includes unique hotels and motels, subsidized housing projects (i.e., Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs), vacant land, mobile home parks, and proposed apartment buildings/condominium complexes. During the past few years, Mr. Kapadia has worked on numerous residential subdivisions, low income housing tax credit buildings, and several hotels across California. With a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, Mr. Kapadia has substantial experience and knowledge on appraising a wide variety of development projects. Mr. Kapadia received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University of Northridge. Mr. Kapadia is currently in the process of attaining the MAI designation.

Robert Langinger, CGREA

Robert Langinger, CGREA, has appraised commercial properties as well as healthcare properties for over 20 years. He has successfully completed all of the Appraisal Institute courses including a Demonstration Appraisal report. Prior to appraisal, he worked for a property surveyor, completing maps for topographical and record of survey purposes. From 1986 to 1991, he appraised acute-care hospitals and convalescent hospitals throughout the United States. He now focuses on commercial properties and special purpose properties such as hospitals, retirement, and skilled nursing facilities. Seminar subjects that he has completed include: Going-Concern, Special Purpose, and Business Value seminars. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from California State University, Northridge.
