David Gribin, MAI, CPM

David Gribin, MAI, CPM principal of the firm, has more than 21 years experience in the appraisal industry, and enjoys challenges in appraising unusual/complex properties. An example, Mr. Gribin, has appraised the value of painted wall murals along Sunset Boulevard in West Los Angeles. His area of expertise includes office building, retail centers, land, industrial facilities, recreational facilities, and litigation on matters including single-family and multi- residential and commercial properties.

Mr. Gribin has substantial experience in properties situated along Ventura Boulevard in the San Fernando Valley, through his years of working in the area. Mr. Gribin is one of only 62 individuals in the United States & Canada to have attained both the MAI and CPM designations. Mr. Gribin, received both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Mr. Gribin has coordinated several educational seminars with the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is the Past Chapter President, of the Chapter for 2005.
