Gribin, Kapadia & Associates is a multi-specialty real-estate appraisal firm specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial appraisal services in addition to expert witness work. Since 1985, Gribin, Kapadia & Associates has been active in preparing appraisal reports for a wide variety of real estate properties throughout the Southern California area and surrounding regions. Gribin, Kapadia & Associates is the real estate appraisal and consulting division of Gribin Companies, a full-service real estate firm.
The staff of Gribin, Kapadia & Associates is actively directed by David Gribin, MAI, CPM and Vince M. Kapadia, MRED who are personally involved in the preparation of each appraisal assignment. All of the appraisers possess strong backgrounds in both residential and commercial appraisal work, with a few of the appraisers strictly performing residential appraisals and the rest of the appraisers performing commercial appraisal services.

One of the main concerns of Gribin, Kapadia & Associates is Quality. The appraisal reports we perform, and/or the consulting services we provide, should stand on their own, in that the quality of these products should speak for themselves. Each appraisal report should meet the client's specific needs, whether that need is regarding the turnaround time of a particular appraisal assignment, a departure from the standard appraisal process, and/or a more detailed analysis on a particular project (i.e. Highest and Best Use Feasibility Study, Tax Appeals, Bankruptcy).
Our goal is to provide quality appraisal and/or consulting services to the client, in a timely efficient manner, custom to the client's specific needs and conforming to those regulations imposed by the Appraisal Foundation, the Appraisal Institute and the Office of Real Estate Appraisers.
