The expert witness and consulting umbrella is 100% owned by David Gribin.  David Gribin acts as an expert witness in real estate broker standard of care, property management standard of care and appraisal cases.  Mr. Gribin is one of only 68 people in the United States and Canada to have achieved both the MAI (Member, Appraisal Institute) and CPM (Certified Property Manager) designations.  Mr. Gribin speaks at several business association meetings and University gatherings each year.
