Gribin Robco Management Inc. founders, David Gribin and Rob Fullarton, both have a long history of real estate sucess in the Los Angeles area. The Gribin family has been synonymous with San Fernando Valley real estate since the 1960's beginning with the Gribin Von Dyl Company. In the 1980's David Gribin formed Gribin Properties and subsequently Gribin Robco Management to offer additional services including brokerage, management and appraisal services. Rob Fullarton began his career in real estate as a graduate from California State University Northridge in 1980 and now has over 30 years in the industry.

The company philosophy is founded on the old-fashioned approach to success/trust. We pride ourselves on honesty, relationships and hands on personalized management service tailored to the ownership needs. That is, success is reached only by providing personalized service. This includes quickly addressing tenant concerns, being responsive to maintenance issues, providing timely accounting & managemtn reports and being available to show offices for lease on short notice.
